CGES appoints LI-SEEC consortium to provide consulting services for the Project

 

In May 2017, Crnogorski Elektroprenosni Sistem (CGES), acting as Project Executing Agency (PEA), invited the qualified tenderers to submit bids for Consulting Services for the implementation of the project 'Trans-Balkan Electricity Corridor (I) - Grid Section in Montenegro - Part II’.

After the evaluation of submitted Proposals and the receipt of KfW’s approval, the Contract was awarded to Lahmeyer International GmbH, Germany in consortium with South East Europe Consultants, Serbia (LI-SEEC). The Contract was signed on 17 October 2017.

The appointed Consortium provides engineering, tendering, project management and site supervision services required for successfulcompletion of works.

The Project kick off meeting was held on 24 November 2017.

The consultancy services are in progress. The implementation time, from the date of commencement of services is set to be 57 months.
